SPECIAL SCHEME FOR Architect/Engineer

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. This scheme is applicable on TMT lifting from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026.
  2. This scheme is for engineers only. This scheme is not dealers, affiliates or channel partners.
  3. Place retail TMT order through MONGIA STEEL ARCH CLUB APP for earning points. Your points will get updated in the APP and you will redeem gifts based on the total points earned.
  4. Your lead must be converted then you earn and redeem points for gifts.
  5. Points can be redeemed gift only.
  6. Points earned redeemed any time and your gift sent to you
  7. This scheme cannot be merged with any other scheme running by the company.
  8. The Guarantee/Warranty against the product is as per manufacturer’s policy. The company dose not take any liability against the same, however commits to provide the best brand in each product.
  9. The displayed images are indicative only, actual product might look different.
  10. Gift items are subject to change owing to unavailability, will be communicated accordingly.
  11. The company will only provide base model of the bike, scooter vehicle displayed in the prize cata-log, at ex-showroom prices. The price displayed does not include road tax, insurance etc.
  12. All voucher to be redeemed within the expiry of the voucher. No liability of the company to renew the voucher after expiry.
  13. (194 R) – TDS As per Section 194R of the income Tax Act, 1961 any benefit or perquisites given in any form, cash or in kind, as incentive, to the resident like tours, white goods, gold, silver, vouchers etc, will be subject to TDS @ 10%(20% in case PAN No. not provided) w.e.f 1st July , 2022 for benefit/perquisites amount exceeding Rs. 20,000 (Rupees twenty thousand only) in a financial year. The benefit received shall be disclosed as part of this income and TDS credit can be availed.
  14. The company reserves the right to alter/withdraw any scheme without prior notice.
  15. All disputes/legal issues etc will be subject to Giridih jurisdiction only.
